At Wine & Doodles, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, personalized gifts that bring joy to wine lovers and pet enthusiasts. Because many of our products are custom-made, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at wineanddoodles@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s), including packaging if relevant.

  3. We will review your request and offer a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

Incorrect Personalization

If we made a mistake on a personalized order, we sincerely apologize! Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo, and we will happily provide a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Personalized Orders: Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.

  • Non-Personalized Orders: May be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.
